Photo Requirements for Replacements and Refunds

To process a replacement or refund, we’ll need photo evidence of the product showing any issues or discrepancies. This helps us resolve the problem quickly and ensure a smooth experience for you.

  • While we strive for perfection, mistakes can happen. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right by offering a replacement or refund. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Submitting a Request:

    Include clear photos of the product in your request.

    Depending on the issue, the cost of the replacement or refund may be covered by Dream Room Hub or by you.

  • Upgraded Shipping Costs:

    If a replacement order includes upgraded shipping, you will be responsible for covering that additional cost.

  • We will cover the cost of a reprint or refund in the following situations:

    • A manufacturing issue with the product.
    • The product arrives damaged or broken.
    • You receive the wrong product.
    • The order is lost in transit (and no address changes are required).
  • You are responsible for covering the cost in these scenarios:

    • You’re dissatisfied with the product but it meets the manufacturer’s standards.
    • The wrong size is selected when placing the order.
    • The order is still within the maximum production and shipping times.
    • The order is lost in transit, but you request an address change.
    • The tracking shows the package was delivered, but it wasn’t received.
  • An order is considered "lost in transit" if it does not arrive at the provided shipping address within the maximum shipping timeframe.

    • If the standard shipping time has passed without the package arriving, you can report the issue, and we’ll investigate.
    • Note: Standard Shipping does not always update tracking to “Delivered” status.

    Dream Room Hub cannot cover replacement costs for orders marked as delivered but reported as not received. In these cases, the responsibility lies with the merchant or customer.

  • We do not offer exchanges for any products. Since all items are custom-made on demand, we don’t maintain an inventory for exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, we recommend following our refund or replacement process.
